Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped or entered the shipping stream. If your order has already been processed, it may not eligible for a cancelation. You will still be able to claim a refund by making a free return.

Most general supplies and pharmaceuticals can be returned within 90 days with proof of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

 

Ophthalmic Equipment and Furniture: 30 Days

The following items have a 30-day return window:

•⁠  ⁠Ophthalmic equipment (e.g., exam chairs, autoclaves)
•⁠  ⁠Furniture (e.g., reception area seating, exam room furniture)
•⁠  ⁠Large equipment (e.g., OCT scanners, auto-refractors)

 

Frame Deals: 1-Year Warranty

All frames purchased through OptaZoom's Frame Deals come with a 1-year warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

 

Special Order Items: 48 Hours

For special order items, including custom-ordered equipment, cloths, bags, cases and lens cleaners,  please inspect and report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Exceptions:

•⁠  ⁠Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
•⁠  ⁠Returns may be declined if products show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.
•⁠  ⁠Certain items, such as pharmaceuticals, may require additional documentation or authorization for return.

 

Extended Return Period for OptaZoom Credit Account Holders: 365 Days

If you made your purchase using an OptaZoom Credit Account, you have 365 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, unless otherwise noted.
